Central Lincolnshire Local Plan Review - Proposed Submission Local Plan

Welcome to the Proposed Submission Local Plan Consultation. This is the final opportunity to view and comment upon the new Local Plan before it is submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination.

This consultation follows on from two previous rounds of consultation, the first being the Issues and Options Consultation which was held during June and July 2019. The second was the Draft Local Plan Consultation held during June, July and August 2021.

This revised plan builds on the strengths of the existing plan, adopted in 2017. It looks to address the changing challenges particularly at a national and global level, whilst taking into account the comments made during previous consultations.

This consultation stage is different to the earlier consultation stages; please read the guidance note which explains how to make comments and how comments will be dealt with. Full details of the consultation are set out in the Statement of Representations Procedure.

The consultation runs for 8 weeks from 16 March to 9 May 2022 and you can submit your comments by:

  • Using the consultation hub
  • Submitting completed response forms by email to talkplanning@central-lincs.org.uk; or
  • Submitting completed response forms by post to Central Lincolnshire Local Plan Team, District Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF
