Call for Sites

As part of the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan review, up to date and robust evidence must be produced and new sites for housing, employment and other uses may also be allocated.  This Call for Sites consultation aims to ensure that the Local Plan Team knows about as many sites as possible that are available accross Central Lincolnshire during the plan period to ensure that full consideration can be given to which sites should be allocated.

The current proposal is for allocations for housing in the plan to be capable of delivering 10 or more dwellings.  However, you may submit sites for consideration of any size or in any location across Central Lincolnshire.  Sites submitted will also be considered for the Brownfield Register and may be considered for allocation in Neighbourhood Plans.

It is important to note that submission of a site does not mean that it will be allocated or can otherwise be considered developable.

If you have already submitted a site, you may want to consider re-submitting your information as part of the consultation to ensure that the Local Plan Team has the full up to date details.  You can check to see if your site is currently on the Sites Database by checking the Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (available in the documents list below) or by looking on the interective map by clicking here and zooming to the location of your site (please make sure you tick the HELAA June 2019 box under the Additional Information/Supporting Evidence heading).

You can submit a site by emailing a word version of the submission form available to download below to talkplanning@central-lincs.org.uk, or by printing off a form and sending it by post to the Local Plan Team at the postal address provided in the submission form.

Please note: All parts of the form must be completed and additional evidence may be submitted alongside a completed form.
