Site Assessment Methodology

This is the consultation for the proposed Site Assessment Methodology. This document sets out how the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan team will assess sites submitted through the Call for Sites and the criteria that will be used.  

All sites submitted through the Call for Sites will be assessed using the methodology before and this will inform the decisions made on which sites are considered suitable for allocation in the Local Plan.
