How will you ensure that developers put in the required net gain to the environment?
I suggest you only grant planning approval based on the amount of net gain provided by the developers' previous development.
All dwellings should be built of materials that do not wreck the environment and should have:
1) solar panels
2) overhanging roofs to provide nesting places for house martins.
3) bat boxes on every dwelling
4) spaces below fences for hedgehog access
5) Swallow boxes
NKDC should leave more grass verges and green spaces for native plants and wildlife.
